While Dr Carlos is currently the only dentist at Southport Park Family Dental he is supported by two highly experienced dental assistants. They both have a certificate 4 in dental assisting and cover the roles of both dental assistant and receptionist. Collectively, the team works together to provide a wide range of Southport dental services delivered to an exceptional standard.

We have several ways that patients can pay for our Southport dental services. Naturally, we accept cash and credit cards but we also offer a range of payment plans including AfterPay and the National Dental Plan (Humm) across a wide range of treatments. The aim of our Southport dentist is to make it as easy as possible for you to get the treatment you need. For this reason, we accept all valid health insurance policies and are also preferred providers for Westfund and NIB. We also provide gap-free cleaning for children and teens who are 17 and under, and we can bulk bill under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).

Yes. We’re well equipped to treat most emergency cases. If we have an emergency call we’ll do all that we can to see you within 24 hours. Once here, we’ll do everything within our power to alleviate any discomfort. In some cases, this may be a temporary fix until we can book you in properly at the next available appointment but whatever happens, you will leave our Southport Park Family Dental practice in a more comfortable state than you did when you first walked in. Yes. In addition to English, Dr Carlos also speaks Spanish and Japanese so if a patient feels more comfortable conversing in their native tongue, then that’s okay with us.
